It refers to a clock face. When the hand is 'on the six', it is at the bottom of a clock. She is refering to how bad the album really is, it is so bad it is the worst, or ' bottom' of her work, and therefore, 'on the 6'

"On The 6" refers to the bus line she use to take in her old neighborhood growing up. I think it was to get downtown, she said she used it alot..... ;)
