The Arabs and Hebrews have Saturday as the seventh day of the week and Sunday as the first day. Christians have Sunday as the seventh day and Monday as the first day.

I personally use Sunday as the start of a week which makes the seventh day Saturday.

Some people though use Monday as the start of the week with Sunday as the seventh day.

the seventh day of the week is saturday, traditionally,
but i think you are asking what day is the sabbath?
the sabbath was changed from the seventh day to the first day by the early christians if not by Jesus himself.
in mark ch. 2 you will find the story of jesus and his disciples eating corn on the sabbath. and Jesus rebutts the pharisees or was it the lawyers? and used the story of david eating the shewbread. the simple fact is that the Son of God is lord of the sabbath and that the sabbbath was made for man.
If there were no god, there would never be a holiday or a day off. Cruel and evil men would always REQUIRE employees to work 7 days a week. And men would continue to work is such oppressive dictatorships until Anarchy and rebellion were the order of theday. but in the meantime people would die because of a lact of rest and because of tyranny and oppression.

Saturday is the seventh day. In the story of Creation, God worked all through the first six days and used the seventh day, the Sabbath, as his last day of rest.

The day after the 6th.

To Christians, it would be Saturday since Sunday it their Holy Day and first day of the week. To Jews, their spiritual calendar would read perhaps Saturday since Saturday is their Sabbath and the seventh day is their holy day.

Saturday
because Sunday is considered the first day (even though we start on Monday)

But for Christians Sunday would be the seventh day as it is holy day, day of God
