If she rapes/molests a child that hasn't hit puberty yet. There once was a case about a teacher that molested a 4-year old boy and gave him oral sex! It is disgusting and she was taken to prison. A woman that molest children would be an anomaly but it could happen.

Yes, she can. There have been a number of cases where the mother is the molester, by introducing their child to pornography or sexual behavior, or by using them sexually as partners.
