What kind of Mileage can be expected of Honda Accord 2 litre Engine, Modle: 2.0 ISE. is it a Vtech engine?

I am looking forward to get this car it is a 1998 make Honda Accord automatic 2.0ise model. could somebody advice me about this car

16 - 18 mpg as per my regular usage. honda accord 2001 2.3
