What is the name of the polish village that is situated in the highest point over the sea level?

I heard it was 'Istebna' but I'm not sure.

Istebna is indeed a polish place, but its altitude is 621 m. The highest Peak in Poland is Rysy at apx 2500 m. So Istebna cannot be the highest village in Poland.
That's all I could find from a search in the web.
