My roots are from Glasgow. My mother was born in Springburn, on Springburn Road, in Glasgow. She moved to Canada as a young girl. my desire is to return to Glasgow to find out where she lived and what her childhood might have been like!!

Moved to England 32 years ago..but will ALWAYS be a Weegie..
Haven't been back in the city for ages..
(about 6 weeks ago)..to see Marti Pellow, at the Armadillo, on the opening night, of his "Marti Pellow alone Tour..except for his best friend Chris Difford"
A dead magic night..Will be back in February..

ME!!!! :O) moved to Inverallochy 3 years ago to live on the seashore in a beautiful old fisher cottage but am selling up to go back there. Its just too quiet here , its killing me hahahaha

my wife was born in Ballater street in the gorbals and then in Carnwadric,she now lives with me in Newcastle under Lyme,Staffordshire.we enjoy returning for a visit and i especially like the hospitality shown to me.Happy new year.
