Hi All,
I am facing some Problem in my new Job. I hae Joined as National IT Purchase officer in Writer Corp. My resonsiblity is to IT Administration with Enginerring Support. This Company is MNC and is Process oriented Organisation and me Personally is Performance Oriented.
Now Problem arises that if i Following the Process My Performance Starts deterioating and If i bypass process then my seniors are not happy with me. What should i do? How do i takle this situation?
Dont tell me to leave this job. Any other alternative then this?

Ultimately everyone wants "productivity". "Processes" are invariably built to achieve better productivity, but there are other reasons behind them such as visibility of data to other people, compliance with statutory recording regulations & so on.
You need to be a little more concerned with the company's productivity & not just yr own. You may be taking shortcuts to finish yr work faster but by bypassing the process, you may be adversely affecting the work of yr colleagues.
So unless you can identify what is WRONG with the processes & resolve the same with the relevant colleagues, you are advised not to bypass them.

Which one is more importans? Looking good in front of superiors or having good performance? Figure out a ratio that wont make make you look too bad in either cases and perform accordingly
