It is the PC Version.
I am not struggling financialy at the moment but if there was a sure fire way of earning money quicker it would be useful. I have bought one money tree but that isn't yeilding many bucks at the moment and any visitors who come round are always pinching the cash anyway!

Okay, seriously no cheats, just gameplay hints to save more and earn more. Wicked game and don't wanna get into using cheats as it loses its challenge then.

Hmm......3 things can be done: A) Use cheats. B)buy the cheapest lot, make a small house with cheap things, get a job with high salary get promoted and buldoze your house go to the lot u want. build ur dream house. C) control another house with a women inside. make the gal like you. propose. see if u say yes.(be sure that the girl is rich). have fire. let the girl die.(use this if ur living alone)
