What's better in a new Dell laptop (see Detailes)?

1) A 2GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHZ, 2 DIMM.

- OR -

2) A 2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHZ, 2 DIMM.

i was told by a work collegue that Dell has a 40% return rate with their computers as they tend to play up
i ended up buying a diff brand
