Im about 3 months pregnant and lately Ive been having nightmares. Is there anyone else whos having nightmares?

I really dont know why Im having these nightmares, but they are bugging the poo out of me.
The latest one was about a young long haired blonde taking my boyfriend away from me. I know I have nothing to worry about, but it still bugs me.

Oooh, I went through a spell of about a week where I had nothing but nightmares! It bugged me too:) I almost dreaded going to sleep for what was going to pop in my mind at night. It was only a week of the bad dreams and then it stopped:) I dreamed my husband cheated on me, but I also dreamed I cheated on him with my ex boyfriend-lol:) I also had alot of dreams about alligators and water. You should type in pregnancy dreams and what they mean. I found a list of common things pregnant women dream about and what each thing represented to you (for instance, dreaming of water was your body's way of expressing its awarness of the extra water that is now being produced for your baby, etc. etc.) It was really pretty cool:) Good Luck

I think it's natural to be stressed out during the pregnancy (and after). You worry about a lot of things and especially the baby. Try not to stress too much, everything will be fine. As for the part about being tired, that should lessen soon. I had the same problem during my first pregnancy, but as I entered my second trimester, the tiredness diminished. Congratulations and good luck.

pregnancy causes many changes in the body hormonal and mental. some women start to fell like there not attractive anymore and that there partner may feel the same way. your becoming insecure. Tell your boyfriend that you are feeling this way and you need him to reaffirm his love, and commitment to u and the child. get naked with him and allow him to touch and rub your stomach let him study the changes in your body and allow him to ask questions..even if the questions seem a little weird or stupid to you...allow him to explore were he likes...this will boost yourself esteem and confirm to you that you are still desirable while allowing him to except and embrace the changes your body is going thru and the two of you will connect on a different level strengthening your bond and love for one another....plus when it get's heated you can relax knowing there's no chance of you getting pregnant (smile)...bet u wont have anymore nightmares..just great memories of that special moment shared together

Are you eating late at night? I read something about eating late at night being the cause of some nightmares. You're beautiful by the way , and I'm sure you have nothing to worry about anyway. Congrats on being pregnant. :)

It's common. I'm 5 months pregnant and still having crazy dreams. I dreamed about my hubby cheating, breastfeeding my cat, the baby was talking to me (telling me I'm burping him to hard)... and last night I dreamed I was riding a harley motorcycle on a dirtbike course! None of my dreams make any sense... and they're just getting weirder!!

All is normal. Bad dreams seem to be par for the course with pregnancy and children. They will get better. Sandy is right..........I have also heard that eating close to bedtime can cause your dreams to be more vivid and whacked.
Good Luck!

it could just be side effects of stress duringpregnancy..or maybe your boyfriend is getting bored with you and is ready to leave you with a baby - unmarried! could go either way..
