You absolutely need someone to sponser you from the US - and that's just for a tourist visa. If you have a sponser, then I believe the Swiss embassy handles US consular affairs in Iran and that would be the place to start sifting through the paperwork. If not, try contacting the US embassies in UAE or Bahrain for guidance.
You are more likely to fall into a huge pit filled with gold and diamonds than get a work visa or residency permit in the US unless you have someone in the US working extremely hard on your behalf and even then......? Harsh reality, but reality.
For anyone to get a tourist visa requires a certain number of hoops to jump through, but with the state of the relations between Iran and the US, even with the required sponsership, I daresay that number of hoops went from do-able to a case of full blown inshallah.

If there is an American Embassy in Tehran then go there and apply for it in person. If that is not possible, then try it by internet. If that is still not possible, then I would try it at the nearby country, where you can explain to them that its not possible in Tehran. You may even contact American Embassy from Tehran via internet. Abu Dhabi or Dubai, for instance, would be ideal place to do so. All the best!

You would probably have to know someone in the USA, but then you are screwed also, cuz you live in such a messed up country that does not like the USA. My pity for you though.
