If the doll is vinyl, use Oxy 10, the zit cream, and put the doll in a sunny spot. Remove it and reapply daily until the spot is gone. It will take several days to a week. You can use generic, but just be sure that contains 10% medication..not 5.

Doll restorers use Kemdex or other whitening paste for false teeth. They leave it on for several days or weeks & it gradually gets into the vinyl & bleaches out the marks. I have seen this done but not tried it myself so test it on a small area first.

Yes, I'd use some form of abrasive, an orbital sander or 4 1/2"" grinder but then I don't much care for dolls!

Do not use nail varnish remover as this will dissolve some plastics. Try methylated spirits.
Years ago, some auditors used purple pens as these left mark that were very difficult to remove.

Of course. Depending on what kind of surface it is. There are cleaners you can use out there to remove ink. But if it a soft surface you may want to get it done with a pro.

That depends on what the face is made of. Try dabbing it with a cotton bud dipped in spirit (meths, surgical spirit, rubbing alcohol or gin will do).
