how to get on 8-9 island ?

You'll need to get a special ticket only obtained through a nintendo event. There you can find Deoxy, Lugia and Ho-oh. You can obtain it through the Pokemon Center in New York.

you can only go to island 8-9 with a cheat system (ie action replay) as it is a event place and as the event was awhile ago they is no other way to get to there.

you need mystic ticket to get to get to island eight and aurora ticket to get to island 9,which can be obtain from pokemon events and you can get it from mystery gift.
