question for you women out there when calculating your next period do you count 28-35 days from the last day of your last period or the first day of your last period.

here is an easy trick for u
let's say u get ur period today dec 28, u count 5 days and that is when ur next period wud be. that wud be 29, 30, 31, 1, 2. then u shud be getting ur next period on jan 2nd. the 1 after will be feb 7th...march 12... april 17 and so on.it is the same thing as counting 28 days from 1st day of ur period, but this is just easier.

28 days from the first day of your last period, BUT, you may be having yours every 30 days, maybe every 29 days. If you start keeping track of it, you'll probably find which days you will most likely start after you have started your last period.

You should always count it from the first day of your period.

i count from the day it started..ie., its first day of the last period...
