It has to be Cleopatra as she was a real woman. Helen of Troy is mythical. If you want to ignore the fact that Helen didn't exist, then she had to be more beautiful than Cleopatra. Cleo was not especially beautiful but she did have a presence, apart from being highly intelligent and being able to play men. Helen was not very bright.

Not only do I think that Cleopatra is the more beautiful, I also think she would be more likely to put out than Helen of Troy.

Considering that there are no actual depictions of Helen of Troy one can only guess based on what the Greeks held as ideals of beauty and compare that to the depictions of Cleopatra and I would have to say it was Helen of Troy. Cleopatra's appeal to the Greeks and Romans was the fact that she was exotic in her appearance rather than any surpassing beauty herself.

Helen of Troy. It is noted in history books that Cleopatra was not a good looking woman, but she was smart and powerful and that was what got her ahead in the ancient world.

Helen of Troy caused the Trojan War because she was kidnapped because Paris loved her. She was supposedly extremely beautiful. Cleopatra was extremely beautiful. She was more clever. I would have to go with Helen of Troy.

Hello dear!
There is no comparison between the two.
Helen was the most beautiful, she was daughter of Zeus, after all.
Cleopatra was sexy but not that beautiful! Also, Cleopatra (at the time of Antony) was much younger than Helen (at the time of the Trojan war).
Cleopatra was a descendant of Greek Macedonian generals of Alexandre, while the brothers of Helen, Dioskouroi (sons of Dias - Zeus) gave their names to star complexes.
