But my english is not perfect :-( it is very big problem for my potential customers? I can talk, but not I am not fluent.... If I am comming from other country it is automatically worse business situation?

you will get alot of hostility from local tradesmen who see you as a foreigner taking over their patch, however if your work is of a good quality you will be successful. do a few jobs for low cost to get recommendations, and then you can use these customers as references. i recently had a hungarian guy do up my house, he did an excellent job, very reasonable price too. much better then the average english builders i'm used to - (work 10-4 max, with breaks for a smoke and a cup of tea every 30 minutes, overprice, leave job unfinished etc etc). i realise not all english builders are like that, but the good ones are usually way too expensive and stick to ripping off rich people.
bottom line, be honest and reasonably priced, you will be fine.

yes, you are at a disadvantage. Roofers don't have good reputations as there are lots of dishonest builders around, therefore most people tend to select a roofer by recommendation from people who'ave had work done. If I was you, I would try and get a job with a reputable building firm first and then, after building up trust with people and good contacts, start working on your own. Your experience with a reputable building firm will give people some trust in you.

Find someone with perfect english and the gift of the gab. Employ them to do the sales work.
Once the contract is signed then your English doesn't matter only your work.
You could also do a few introductory jobs at a
cheap price. It will be surprising how quickly your customers will be your salesman.
