I have a medela pump in style advanced. Medela makes good pumps and they're the only ones I have seen heavily recommended. It's particularly important to have an excellent pump if you plan to breastfeed after returning to work. If you plan to stay at home, it seems that any of the electric pumps would be OK really. I found my medela from an oniline retailer for much less than retail, but had to call to get the price. I also highly recommend the Lansinoh storage bags for freezing your milk.

I show every day and prefer my Avent Isis Duo pump. It a sprint inexpensive than the Medela and all the Avent bottles and cups artwork with the pump. considering the fact which you could purchase Avent bottles maximum everywhere the place i'm, it is labored nicely for me if I forgot bottles at homestead or some thing-- i might desire to easily run into the food market. while you're returning to artwork comprehensive time and can desire to precise every day, i might surely propose a double pump as against a unmarried-- it is going to shop you extremely some time. I even have heard good issues relating to the Medela, however. merely relies upon on your funds and the way plenty you will use it.

I used The First Years electric pump. It worked out pretty well, and is not as expensive as some of the other brands. I plan to use it again when my second child is born in May :)

I agree....Medela is the best electric pump. I was using their hand pump, and trust me, the electric is much nicer....and although I didn't want to spend the money at first, my husband urged, and I'm glad we did. Talk to your pediatritian. Ours has them in his office, and sells them at cost, not the retail markup.
LOL....we're all up at 3 am....welcome to motherhood!

I use self-pumping ones. The mechanical ones kind of freaked me out and I felt more comfortable pumping at my own pace.

I've got two hands that are free at the moment? Same as milking a cow right?
