I was in the exact spot a month ago, I did all the research and bought a Fujitsu Loox N560. It has VGA screen, bluetooth, Wireless B and G, and GPS, and it's tiny. I have it with a 4GB card in it, it's in my car as a MP3 player, video player, internet browser (using GPRS over bluetooth, or Wifi), email client, contacts manager and calander, and a Sat Nav. Get one, they are excellent. You can sync it up to your PC of course

To be honest... don't buy an all-in-one unit. You're far better off getting them separately. It may be slightly cheaper, but the sat nav quality is never as good.
