It's very fancy but it is more like ballet and art, than a proper sport. I am sure it is very hard work and all that, but can it honestly be classified as a 'sport' and be an Olympic sport? So what classifies a 'sport? for the Olympics?

It's an Olympic sport because the Olympic committee voted to include it in the Olympics. Also, it may look pretty, but it also requires a large amount of physical control. To be a synchronised swimmer, you need to be very physically fit. It's not easy, it's quite difficult to do. They truly are athletes!

And I don't even like synchronised swimming.

table Tennis is being ruled with the help of China even although Sweden ever received singles gold medal beforehand. South Korea have received it also. Denmark has received Badminton singles gold besides, and others medals. Netherlands, England have received medals too(silvers, not gold). i don't think of Badminton is ruled with the help of Asians yet even no matter if that is, see you later because it isn't ruled with the help of a unmarried u . s ., that's ok good ? in case you watch the Badminton women human beings singles very last, that is truly unpredictable almost good to the right as to who will win it. So that is truly exciting. in case you watch the different finals, that is truly exciting too. and the numerous suits even interior the first round(like women human beings doubles are very tight). the shape that would favor to be scrapped is a few gymnastic activities because there are basically too many.

Probably for the same reasons that trampoline jumping is an olympic sport-- just because! It is totally crazy, but I guess these folks need their moment in the spotlight as much as anyone else!

well, if we are on the subject, isn't ice skating also an Olympic sport? and gymnastics? if so, then they are all pretty much in the same category. why should they be any less Olympic than, say, rowing?

I agree, it is strange, and far too vain. I think it is ugly and boring.
