I smoked for 22 years and tried to quit 13 times. It finally worked on the 13th try........stopped smoking 3 years ago next month with the help of Wellbutrin and Nicotine Lozenges.

150 million, but for some reason recently i just hated the taste and i have cut back from approximately a pack a day to only 1 or 2 a night and when i go out with friends. That's it, don't know how i did it, my mind just changed and i don't like smoking all that much now.

Maybe cause i am getting back into fitness and it has put me off the ciggies.

Maybe try doing that.

Mark Twain once said that quitting smoking was the easiest thing he's ever done, because he's done it so many times.

I find it so hard to quit smoking, that I DON'T smoke. Yeah. It's THAT HARD!! D=

i started smoking when i was 11...i stopped last year at 21....
i tried to quit too many times to count....

I've quit trying to quit.. Kiddin, jus once.. I used to smoke when I was a kid, because I was with the wrong crowd.. Althought I know it was my fault.. I don't smoke..

3 times and it is not easy to quit. I even went to the Dr and he gave me meds I have tried to be hypnotize and neither one worked I want to quit I have a grandson and I want to watch him grow up
