It's normal and quite common for women to have some hair around their nipples. She can pluck them, or try electrolysis, if she wants them gone. I have a few strays, have been plucking them out for years with no ill effects.

All women that i have ever heard of have hair on their nipples, It's totally safe to pluck, as long as you don't get the skin, I wouldn't use nair or neet or anything like that, because of how delicate the area, And i wouldn't wax at all, You also get black heads if you pay close enough atention. Most females i know have those too and are always asking about how to remove them, just wash with epsom salts if you have that too, takes them safely and gently.... Take care, Best wishes.

Yes it's normal for most women. Because of the delicate area it shouldn't be plucked or shaved. Eletrolysis is Ok.
