Does anyone really know who the are? I think age plays a big factor. Someone older (around 60 years old maybe?) may know who they are; understand where they stand, their morals, their limits. Being young I have no clue and though a lot of young people say they know who they are, I think it's a lie. Because half the time we're either influenced by another person or influenced by the media. I'm not at all ashamed to say I don't know who I am, because that means I refused to be formed into something society wants me to be and will take this long and tedious road to find out who I really am.

Thank heavens no!

Once you think you know yourself you stop growing mentally and psychologically. From the inscription on the temple of Apollo at Delphi "gnóthi seautón" ('get to know yourself') on that has been considered a noble goal of philosophy.

People spend a lot of time and effort in-searching for who they are.
Sad reality is the perception that others have may be more accurate.
