To my kids I say "For crying out loud - cover your nose"
When my husband sneezes - it's usually in blocks of 4. I bless him for the first 2 then tell him to shut up each sneeze there after.
Everyone else gets an automatic "bless you"

At work bless you because your heart stops beating and I am a cardiac nurse. At home I ask: "are you alright?"
