u should tell her if u really are her friend because if u don't tell her she'll find out eventually but on the other hand u don't want to betray family so ... its a sticky situation but i think u should do what your heart tells u

It is his job to tell her. If you tell her you will become part of the problem.
If you really believe she needs to know. When you get them both together ask him if they want you to leave so they can talk about "that thing" that happened. Then leave them to sort it out without you.

i think you should tell her because she is going to be the one who is getting hurt if she finds out. you cousin wont get hurt because he has his ex again. so tell ur friend it;ll be better and less painful when hearing it from you then seeing it unplanning
