it could be alot of reasons ?
do you clean your pc from time to time ?
all of your files in your pc ?
and it also could be your server ? what net provider are you with ?
is you pc old ?
do you have enough memory inside your pc ?
have you ever # defragmented # your disc ?
try to remember to clean your disc often ....to erase your temporary files and cookies ........
