A bus is there to take passengers from one place to another, so it must stop at certain intervals. Now, in busy streets, a bus cannot stop anywhere, because that causes a traffic nuisance. Again, if a bus stops only once, but anywhere on a 1 km long street, passengers who want to board will be at a complete loss.
