Qutica the best nail strengthener I have used. also take a high quality organic multi vitamin. Go to whole foods or your local health food store. Ask them for an organic non synthetic multivitamin. Don't get anything at GNC. Grab some almond oil while your there and rub into your nails daily.

Take a prenatal vitamin, you can get them over the counter. Also good for your hair growth! Good source of vitamins!
