i am having an organisation spread over 4 km with tel. network. i wna use this tel network to tranfer files?

basically i am army officer n we have our own private telephone network i wna use this network for transfering computer files how can i achieve this . Pls reply

If you really are an army officer, then you know that transfering military data over ANY telephone system is forbidden without the approval and guidance of the DOD. The same goes for private data over a military phone system.
