I know that sounds funny, but i tried to wash it off and now my eyes are sore, dark, puffy and really dry feeling -they've been like this all day.I used make up remover, soap and plenty of water. Has this ever happend to anybody else??? The mascara is waterproof, but it should sill come off. Can i get a little help please?
Go ahead, laugh if you want to, I know it sounds funny because i laugh at it myself.Just don't make any rude remarks.
But seriously, my eyes hurt now.

Sounds like you were rubbing a little too vigorously.
First, try your best to remove make up at night instead of in the morning. Racoon eye from mascara is harder to remove the morning after, so you won't have to rub as hard if you do it the night before.
Try something like Pond's Cold Creme. It's been around forever, you just close your eyes and lightly rub some around your eye area then wipe it off with a tissue. Try your best to avoid soap from getting close to your eyes - the skin there is very thin and sensitive. If you don't want to use cold creme, at least choose a different remover, make sure it is listed as an eye make up remover and not just a general make up remover; it won't be as harsh.
After you've rinsed your face, you can also go back in with a q tip dipped in just water and rub around the lash line to get any excess mascara that washed off your lashes onto that area.

Could it be possible that the reason your eyes are now puffy, is you were allergic to something ( either the mascara or the make up remover ) or maybe you were just pushing your eyes too much, what i suggest is just to leave them and don't do any more damage to your eyes, the mascara will eventually ( over a couple of days ) wear off and then you will be fine. Also i recommend not using that same mascara again afterwards! good luck!!

whats with the vaseline? some special girls can find a million uses for it. but stuff like curling your eye lashes and removing mascare do not work. [yea i tried it]
if it helps, this is what i do [but then again, i dont have a problem with this]. i wash my face as normal, at the end of the day, with warm water and my face wash. when it comes to the part when i rinse my face, i stroke downwards on the lashes and eye area. the mascaras all dry so it comes off easily. then i just use a cotton pad to wipe it away when my face is still wet [cause i dont want to get my makeup on my towel, it doesnt look nice you know]. and thats it.

Try and use facial cleansing wipes next time they-Deeply clean&moisturizes skin,Thouroughly removes make-up &mascara,Leaves skin feeling soft& smooth,Dermatologically tested -ph balanced and Alcohol free.Go tomorrow to Coles, woolworth.or the chemist and get it don't rub your eyes and never use soap to remove make up and it's say waterproof so water is a no no.Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I use baby oil.Use soft tissue or toilet paper.I always carry one packet of facil cleansing wipes in my bag cause I use it too to wipe my face when I'm hot, it feels refresh and u dont need to use a moisturizer.

Maybe you are allergic to it - try another brand.
The best eye makeup remover I've found is Lancome Bi-Facial. It's really expensive, but works like a charm. I believe they have two versions one for waterproof eye makeup and another that removes regular eye makeup.

VASELINE!!! I guarantee it!! Put a large dab on fingertip, smear all over eye {closed eye of course}, rub/smear it around, then wipe off with t.p. or cotton pads or whatever! Works wonderful! Moisturizes eye area as well! Good luck!
