My boss supposedly said he is getting together with a few other big wigs and is suing yahoo for wasting employees time with this site. U think they will win?

Doubt it. Yahoo is probably bigger than your huge corporation. I'm wondering if your boss is so upset why doesn't he come up with a program to check out his employees to see what they are doing wasting company time on this site. It's not yahoo's fault that his employees waste their company time answering questions. It sounds like poor management to me.

Anything is possible. They should put a block on the computers at work if they don't want you to waste their time on Yahoo.

Absolutely Not. Yahoo! Answers is available to those who wish to partake, and isn't forced on anybody. If Yahoo! is such a huge problem, then your company should block access to it from their network.

Probably not. It is much easier to limit employee computer access.

Some companies have fired employees for spending too much time on personal business on the computer.

No, they would need the best lawyers and I don't think there is any precedent on that matter that could support that theory.
