Try this way
Repeat it to yourself several times out loud you will automatically pick up a rythm in them and you will tend to remember this pattern each time you see the fourmula and in the end you will remember the formula by the 'tune'

or..
Some times when you are used to using x , y , z as variables and the fotmula has instead alpha beta gamma ... replace the alpha beta gamma by the x, y, z ... (or vice versa)

However the best way is..
Learn them off by heart and use them at every possible occasion
it will become part of you this way example I'm sure you know a^2 +b^2 = C^2 (pythagaras' theorem) since you use it occasionaly in maths.

Get a big stack of recycled paper Write down the formulas you need to remember Repeat untill you can recall without trouble Ask your instructor for a blank sheet of paper for any test's

Practice them regularly.
in a situation when u'll need it urgently;like in an exam, b4 the time of use, jot all the formulas down and recite them. try to remeber where u've applied them before going for the exam.
