Joe Paterno has the most with 21, and Bobby Bowden is second with 19 bowl wins. The also met in last season's Orange Bowl where Paterno's Nittany Lions were victorious after three overtimes and many missed kicks.

He's also the only coach to win all of the 4 major bowls
Rose, Orange, Fiesta, and Sugar.

My guess would be Bear Bryant. I know Bobby Bowden moved into 2nd place with the win over UCLA In the Emerald Bowl last night.
