16 digits 1111111111111111 typed exel 16th digit becomes 0 overcome problem.?

its a limitation of Excel - it only stores numbers with an accuracy to 15 significant digits - check the Excel help file if you don't believe me

Shouldn't happen - right click on the cell and check the format

check your settings,...
it may be set to automatically round the last digit.
