Well, you won't get much because it is most likely an edited or manipulated photo and, therefore, the autograph is likely to be a fraud. Unless you have a certificate of authenticity for the autograph, most buyers or collectors will not consider it legitimate and, especially not a nude picture of Richard Simmons because there is a huge chance that Richard never made a publicity photo in the nude.
