The guy was supposed to come back the next day to sort some piping outside. He never and now the boiler has started to leak. He keeps promising he'll be out but does turn up or return my calls. He hasn't completed the log book for the boiler either. Obviously a cowboy.

You can File with the state Agency that regulates The licensing of heating engineers/boiler inspectors.

First call the company he represents, you said "Corgi" heating. then the trade union or the County building codes office. Then the BBB, go right down the line. File a small claim in the small claims court or the carpenters court.

Report him to trading standards - but I think you just have to take this sort of thing on the chin I'm afraid
