Gundam seed is followed by Gundam Seed Destiny and an upcoming movie.
As for the love stories of the main characters (spoilers (?) from Gundam Seed Destiny epilogue):
1. Athrun and Cagalli's state is unsure of. Most of the fans are waiting for the movie to shed a little light on their relationship. But of course, there are no guarantees. Everything depends on the scriptwriter and director as to whether they would elaborate on Athrun and Cagalli's relationship or just leave it a hanging question mark.
2. Kira and Lacus's relationship is understood and they are so much in love with each other.
3. Shinn and Lunamaria is well, i guess, loving each other too.
