Considering the experierience and past record of both of them, BCCI is not taking any action against them. While the action against Shewag is not far off, I do not think any action will be taken agains Tendulkar as he is coming back to form. Further, you cannot all of a sudden drop all experienced players without building up sufficient bench strength of players of equal talent and potential to replace them, which unfortunately India is lacking at present.
