you need to tell your bf to go see a doctor. there's nothing in this Y!A that will give you what you're looking for, or your bf.
If they're cancerous, then he should be doing something about it, and not you asking such a silly question in this site!

hmm...honestly....i have no idea.. well..i'd suggest.. u better..bring him go see a doctor..to sort everthing out...and ask all the necessary questions..... Not to worry..they'll have medication..and stuff...good luck..;)
