I have an old program written in pascal and I want to convert it to .net
is there a software to do this, or ant other suggestions?

You absolutely positively have to be dreaming if you think this will be worth while venture. Unless your program is at least 10,000+ lines of code, it is a waste of time.

Pascal to C is fairly straightforward, but anything to VB.NET is going to leave you with more work.

It's gonna be a 2 or 3 step conversion .There are a lot of translators for Pascal to C. Once in C, then you have further options to translate to VB.net or C#. the trouble you will have is the manual work, since VB.net and C# are really not procedural, in that they require an IDE to hold libraries, modules,forms, links and make/config script.
