Naveen, It is irony to write poems and couplets on Life without love, when in our own backyards we find dignified human beings living without love. Amazing!
The young think the world is there for them to live and splurge and enjoy. The not-so-young , aware of the advancing age , want to live it up before it is late in life. So, what are left?
Yes. The old , the senior citizens are all holed up in Old people`s home . Being familiar , all their lives , these old people long for love and affection from their families. Routinely , they are given some food, some clothing and a TV may be blaring in some corner of their OLD PEOPLE`S HOME. Come Chrismas, come New Year, it is all the same for them.
Just go across where your grandfather and grandmother are , this weekend , before the new year and then tell me whether there can be Life without Love.
You talk of 5 years , shattered world , helplessness. Did you ever think of these "written Off " people?

Wow that sounds like the beginning of a poem there, and life with no love would be a very sad life (for me anyways) I like to feel the love from my family and friends and that special someone whenever they decide to come along! Love is so important on so many different levels....everyone needs to feel loved....

Life is more miserable and lonely without love. Especially when love is what makes you miserable in the first place...
But love is not something someone else offers you. Love is all around you. It is also within you. You can live with love just by giving and offering love. Love is about giving.
When you give love, you create love.. and in that creation, someone/something loves you... you'll never be lonely or without love..

Depends what kind of love. Could live without romantic love but everyone needs someone to care about them like their parents or family. Often we have lots of people who love us we just don't realise it.

there can be life without love. But the real question is if it is worth to live such a life.

Love from somebody else isn't as important as loving yourself, loving knowledge and its pursuit, and loving life. If you can do all of them, you will probably find that someone loves your spirit and zest for life and maybe you too
