Go with the answerers who say "Froid" or "froyd." That's how we always said it in psychology classes in high school and college. There was actually a funny scene in "Perry Mason" the other night where a man in a bookstore reported how someone came in and asked for a book by Sigmund "Frood." The point of the scene, of course, was that nobody who knows their stuff pronounces it "Frood." That is the case, in spite of its obvious resemblance to "feud."
