Here's the situation simplified, air compresses, water doesn't. If water comes between the piston and the combustion chamber you could hydrolock the engine and get to see what your connecting rods look like (when they are pushed out of the side of the engine block.)
As everyone else said, drain the oil, then fill it back up again. It may not hurt to have it towed to a shop just to be safe. (Don't go to the dealer, they'll see you coming from a mile away.)
I've never heard of water being introduced from the oil pan but if you suck it in through the intake you can easily eat an engine alive.
Good luck.

Some people said to start your car first? NO!
DON'T START YOUR ENGINE with water in the oil pan!!! Drain it out immediately and put fresh oil in. If you already put a new filter on, it should be fine as long as the engine was not started with the water in it. If it was, change the filter again. This obviously means don't drive to the mechanic's before at least doing this.

If you've poured it into your sump, you will need to change the oil and filter. Once that's done, you will be OK. A few drops of water would burn off quickly, without causing any problems. But 750ml would cause permanent engine damage. Whatever you do, don't start that motor until you change your oil.

Oil is cheap. Buy oil and a filter and have someone that knows something about cars help you change the oil before you drive it. It will only take a few minutes. Warm up the car for a few minutes, let it cool down and change the oil one more time. That should do the trick. When you pull the dip stick out to check your oil after the engine is warm, it should look like clean oil. If what's on the stick is not see through, kind of like chocolate milk, change your oil again. Next time don't get drunk and fiddle with your car.

bobo has it right on the money. if u start that engine u'll have severe and expensive engine damage in seconds. that's alot of water u have in there. open up the oil pan drain plug and let it run until oil comes out; oil floats on water. i'd let it drain a little bit of oil also to make sure all the water is out, then check the oil level and add oil if needed. it's about a 10 min to 15 min job max. easy to do. if u start that engine u'll regret it big time.

I would not start it. You do not water going into the cylinders. Instead just drain the oil and replace. If you did not start the engine at all then you should not have to worry about the oil filter. The oil only goes to the filter if it is running. Do not start.

You need to drain all the oil and water immediately or as soon as possible. Change your oil filter also, and replace the oil. check your oil for the next week with the dipstick and by looking in where you add the oil. If the oil or area appears foamy or white, IMMEDIATELY change the oil and filter again to get rid of the last of the water.

750 ml is nearly a quart in the US. You need to get it out as it will destroy the motor if picked up by the oil pump. The water will be at the bottom of the oil pan, because water is heavier than oil. Remove the drain plug, let the water (clear stuff) run out and put the plug back in when you see it get black & oily.
After that you will be fine. We four-wheeling types have to do this all the time when we get too far out in the water.

I would wait for most of your spill to run off, then I will start her up to see if she runs...
if she stays on, this only means your car has not receive any immediate damage but I would have someone check out the vehicle only if I notice change in my engine..
