I have a Jacuzzi Amiga whirlpool bath that no longer generates bubbles. It pumps water okay. Why no bubbles?

If you can hear the air pump running when you active it, you probably have a feed line disconected. You may have to open an access panel to hear it run.

are your jets set in the right directions? i clean my tub at least once a month with clorox. if no water is coming from your jets at all then it is probably connection problem to your pump. take a look yourself.
