Have you lost a lot of weight or do you have an eating disorder? These things can cause you to stop having periods because you loose so much fat that your body as too few hormones to create a menstrual cycle. You should go to your doctor and get an exam. Good luck.

Are you on any medications? Usually when a woman takes medication, their body will change because of the hormonal changes.

If you're really worried, go consult with your doctor.

don't freak yet-if you have become physically active such as playing sports that will cause it to slow down and sometimes stop for awhile. it could be stress or an eating disorder(i'm not saying you have one), but regardless you need to see a doctor to find out why.

you might have amenorrhea (absence of menstruation). If your not pregnant, it might be hormonal. Amenorrhea may also accompany loss of weight due to dietary restrictions, strenuous exercises such as seen in athletes, runners, and to those people who are weight conscious.

sometimes this tends to happen due to hectic and busy lifestyle. another possibility is when you're too active like a sportsperson, you will miss your period. if this continues, see doctor.
