i am going to the doctors to take a blood test but could that ever be wrong?

i didn't bleed one day then the next day for an hour i will bleed then i won't again.

It sounds like it could be implantation bleeding. It's characterized by a period that's very short and light. If you haven't been unusually stressed or active this past month, you could be pregnant.
A blood test is an accurate determination of pregnancy. It can detect a pregnancy a few days after conception. If you've gotten a weird period, you should be able to get accurate results from a home urine test (though blood tests are far more accurate).

No , If the doctor tells you that you are pregnant, it won't be wrong.
