You live in India I guess? Since you have the internet, you can download games, and e-books (if you like to read). Spend time answering questions at Yahoo Answers! to make someone's day, or just chat!
You can also use your time productively by learning a new language, brushing up on the languages you already know, or just learning about other countries or cities.
Also, if you got a club membership or something, go and take up a new sport, like table tennis, badminton, etc. At clubs you can make new friend's too.
You can also go to your relatives home on your own, but step out only in the daytime, and stay over at your relatives home if it gets late (past sunset).

Read story books. Reading is the best time pass. Its a great entertainment and also unconsciously you learn a lot.
There may be a few boys and girls like you in your neighborhood. Make friendship with them

There's never enough time to do everything that you want to do. ^_^ Have you ever tried baking? It's quite fun; plus, you get to enjoy the sweet fruits of your labour. ^_^
