I just replace the motherboard, cpu and ram. Now it will boot till it checks the DMI data table then give me the "Sorry for the inconvenience" spiel telling me windows didn't start right the last time and to try the safe modes or last know good config or try a normal boot again. Is my windows locked to the old mobo or can I fix this without buying a retail os.
