You need to buy a TV tuner for the Laptop. Just go to any pc shop and ask for a tv tuner for a laptop and they should have one that is a small box with a antenner input and may have input to hook up a VCR, DVD and Camcorder that connects to your pc via USB or they will have one that just has a antenner input that connects via USB.

likt they said above get a tv tuner, i recommend the ATI TV Wonder, $50-$100 you could get it at a computer store or ebay.
