No. Just as there is no WMD, there is no case against the President Saddam Hussein. The entire trial was a sham. The US should arrange for honourable release of the Iraqi leader with apologies, if they want to atone the Historical blunder.

I was'nt there when people said that Saddam killed innocence. What I do know is that with Bush powers he created the vacuum that worst than Saddam did. What I came to understand is that the people in the Middleeast needs a leader as such as Saddam because every each people of that land contain in thieir heart the temperament a beastly character, so we need a beastly attitude leader. So you see now? In each of them? Death nothing to them. Besides grudge and hatred what you can see is revenge, they think the power now in their hands could bring back their losses.

Yes Saddam is a fool. He should not be killed. He should spend the rest of his life thinking about all the problems he has caused. From the big house to the out house.Maybe years from now he will see how he got his sons and people who loved him killed. If he dies today or a hundred years from now he is in his own personel hell.

Try asking the thousands of Kurds he killed with the Chemical weapons he didn't have. I bet all the parents of the dead Kurdish children that died think he is getting off easy. Not to mention the Shiites he tortured treated as second class citizens
