That's an excellent question. Those that said the human body is perfect, are ignorant or living in a dream world. Human beings are riddled with flaws. It would be great if we actually were perfect. To start with...I would make our immune system 100 times more powerful, to fight off ALL viruses, parasites, fungus, and any harmful bacteria...leaving only beneficial bacteria to do it's thing. I would then make all of us completely resistant to all types of cancer or disease. I would make our minds resistant to any mental problems as well as slow down the aging process to extend our lives. I would also give people the ability to control our emotions better and use logical thinking a lot more. An enhanced metabolism would also be nice to burn fat as well as the ability to build muscle and strong bones to keep all of us in good shape. Might as well throw in perfect vision for everybody. (Our eyes were intended to produce good vision.) Last but not least I would make everybody lucky enough to be real smart and very good looking. People that say those two things are not important are usually in denial. Everyone alive would like to be smart, good looking, extremely healthy, physically fit and emotionally stable with a great immune system and perfect vision. The basic shape and design of people would be fine, if everything just worked properly with out so many problems. There are also many more things to add but there's most of the important ones in my opinion.

no choices & no suggestions~politic go home, all reasons go home, everything that is now a problem go home, it can be solved by having enough money to solve all their problems to c if money can bring happiness, there has been a throw in the towel attitude that money doesnt really have that much difference cause they always say people got money still have the same problems, they of course can't be substansiated till we have enough so if anybody wants to be with people they want to be with it is not a problem, compression of civilization is big brother squezzing the last buck out of the word cheap and that totally sucks and always has, power corrupts, freedom to have bucks with out dieing for big brother would redesign and leave the body alone

Extra arms and hands, eyes in the back of the head. Increased flexibility. Ambidextrousness, more erogenous zones. No birth defects, no baldness or acne or scars. No mental illnesses and no self destructive behaviors. No excess weight. That's all I can think of right now.
